Flow Cytometry Antibodies and Fluorescent conjugates We highlight our flow cytometry antibodies, conjugated with a variety of fluorescent dyes, including Alexa Fluor® 488, Alexa Fluor® 700, Dyomics 647, Pacific Blue™, as well as tandem dyes. The newest products are antibodies conjugated with PerCP. We also offer a panel of reagents for investigating endocytosis, transcytosis, and endocytotic recycling pathways. Fluorescent conjugates of bovine serum albumin (BSA) serve as general markers of endosomes; fluorescent conjugates of transferrin serve to map clathrin-mediated endocytosis. Similarly, fluorescent conjugates of monoclonal antibodies to MHC II proteins reveal endocytosis of antigens; monoclonal antibodies to lysomone/granule-residing proteins CD63 (LAMP-3) and CD107a (LAMP-1) can map fusion of lysosomes with phagosomes as well as activation-dependent exocytosis. Furthermore do we have fluorescent antibodies to detect Tubulins, Transmembrane Adaptor Proteins, Mitotic Spindles, Calcium Signaling and more.
Bovine Tuberculosis ELISA Avian Influenza & PRRS ELISA kits We are pround to present the first reliable serological diagnostic test for Bovine Tuberculosis in the World. This unique ELISA test eliminates the use of PPD tests.
· High sensitivity 90.0% Vs. Bacterial isolation · High specificity 96.4% Vs. PPD test · Accurate result within 2 hours
The Avian Influenza Antibody ELISA kits can be used for detecting antibody titers post vaccination, as well as screening wild birds and livestock poultry for AIV infection. The AIV type A and H5 Antigen ELISA kits have a low sensitivity, making these kits an ideal choice for large quantity AIV antigen testing.
ELISA Kits for Venereal Diseases We extend our range of ELISA kits with these quantitative antibody and antigen capture immunoassays to detect the presence of viral and parasitic venereal diseases in research specimens including cell culture, serum and plasma.
· 98 % Sensitivity · 95 % Specificity
Microsphere Particles Polystyrene & Magnetic There is wide variety of SPHERO microparticles. The SPHERO Polystyrene particles are prepared by emulsion polymerization and they range from 0.05 µm to more than 35 µm. We offer plain particles or coated with functionalized groups such as Carboxyl and Amino groups, Biotin, Streptavidin, Protein A, Protein G, and all standard Secondary Antibodies. The polystyrene particles are ideal for use in immunoassays such as latex agglutination, particle base EIA and solid phase EIA. The SPHERO Fluorescent particles are made of polystyrene stained with a fluorescent dye. Similar to the unstained particles these can be either plain fluorescent or functionalized. They can be used for latex agglutination, (confocal) fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry. There is a large assortment of Calibration particles designed for routine calibration of low cytometers. They can be used for QC and long term performance tracking with reference to fluorescence intensity, drop delay, particle size and particles per mL. The SPHERO Magnetic particles and SPHERO Ferromagnetic particles are used for cell separation, affinity purification DNA probe assay, magnetic particle EIA, etc. They are either plain or functionalized. All SPHERO Particles can be coated with the protein or antibody of choice using standard protocols.
